The User reminder interval field indicates how often the user will be reminded of his outstanding Notification actions. The action reminder will be displayed whenever the specified interval has elapsed. The reminder interval entered in this field applies to the user selected on the Users form. To set a reminder interval for all users, use the Default values form.

The reminder indicates when the employee responsible is to receive an alert saying that he must perform the action. This alert is displayed in a pop-up screen listing detected actions.

If, for example, a user's reminder time is set to five minutes, the employee responsible will be presented with a list of reminder actions five minutes before the start time of the action.
