Use the merge domain if you want to merge calculation lines, but want to distinguish the individual phases or components of the production process. In order to use the merge domain, you need to define the individual production phases by specifying the range of line numbers used in the production calculation. For example, you could use the first 100 line numbers for mechanical components, the second 100 line numbers for electrical components, etcetera.
If you then set the merge domain to 100, only the first 100 calculation lines are initially considered during the merge operation, after which all lines meeting the criteria are merged. Then the second 100 lines are considered, the relevant lines are merged, etcetera.
If you do not want to use a merge domain, leave the default value of this field ('0') unchanged.
