New project lines are assigned the highest value, increased by the 'Increase by' value. The user can still change the line number manually.

If Determine plan type automatically is selected, the fields in the Details of 'Determine plan type automatically' are also selected by default. You can change these selections if required. For example, you could choose to have the plan type determined automatically, unless it concerns periodic invoice lines, because in that case the project has priority over the order information.
