Run the Create user rights process to grant a user rights to more than one program at the same time. They also enable you to specify permissions for these programs.Permissions determine whether a user may view, change, add, or delete data. Permissions range from 'No permission' (lowest level) to 'Delete' (highest level). Any user permitted to delete data can also automatically view, change and add data, because these actions require lower permission levels.

You can also use the Create user rights process to copy the rights from another user, to create the rights to all or some of the Isah modules at the same time, or to delete all rights of a user.
The rights created will be displayed on the User rights form.
Tip: The rights created can be changed. This way, you could choose to create all rights for an entire module at the same time, and then remove the rights to particular forms of this module.
Note: The new rights will take effect after you have restarted Isah.
Note: View rights to a particular process authorize the user to change, add or delete data with this process.
