Use the Delete user settings process to delete form settings. These settings may include screen size and position, filters, favorite forms, and the order and visibility of tabs. All settings selected on the processing form will be reset to the default settings during the deletion process. The process you choose determines from which forms the settings are deleted:
Delete user settings for all forms (main menu, View menu): Deletes the selected settings from all your forms.
Delete user settings for form (all entry forms, View menu): Deletes the selected settings from the form from which you open the process. If, for example, you open and execute the process from the Customers form, your settings will only be removed from the Customers form.
Delete user settings for selected users (General Settings module, Rights folder, Users form, Edit menu): This process is to be used by application administrators. It deletes the selected settings for all forms and for all users selected on the Users form. The processing form shows the name of the logged-on user and not the names of the selected users.
