Authorize preventive maintenance

Before service orders can be created based on preventive maintenance lines, these lines must be authorized. You can do this in the ways described below.

• Configure the system to automatically authorize every preventive maintenance line you create. To configure this setting, open the Service tab of the Default values form.

• Authorize preventive maintenance lines by running the Authorize preventive maintenance process.
