Create preventive maintenance in service contracts

Run the Create preventive maintenance in service contracts process to automatically create preventive maintenance lines using flexible search paths, based on the data in the service contracts.

Preventive maintenance lines can be created for contracts, contract groups, contract offers, and contract versions.

By definition, no preventive maintenance lines are created for the following objects:

• Objects covered by a service contract version that has a 'History' status.
• Objects covered by a service contract version for which a cancellation reason has been specified.
