The Processed hours form lists all hour lines that have been posted. It also shows how these hour lines have been processed.
The upper section of the form contains the hour line header, and the lower section contains the subdivision of the hour line selected in the upper section. The subdivision shows how the hours have been split up, and the costs of the hours posted.
Example
Four hours were spent working on a machine, of which three hours were worked at the regular 100% rate, and one hour at the overtime rate of 150%. In this case, you will see two detail lines in the lower part of the form: one detail line for three hours at the regular rate, and another detail line for one hour at the overtime rate.
