Run the Create sales turnover/costs overview process to generate a time-specific overview of turnover and costs information relating to the sales order.
The Phase code for actual costing overviews on the processing form is retrieved from the Basic data form.
The overview is available on the Turnover/costs by sales line and Turnover/costs by sales order/offer forms.
Note: When this process is run, any information you have collected on the forms during a previous session will be overwritten. You need to save this information explicitly. In addition, you are recommended to execute the process not during the day, but, for instance, every Friday night, as a batch process.
