The Isah Outlook Add-In runs on the following operating systems:

• Windows 7
• Windows 8.1
• Windows 10

Microsoft Outlook

The add-in can be used with the following versions of Microsoft Office/Outlook:

• Office 365; in this case Outlook must be installed locally
• 2010
• 2013
• 2016

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5

Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 must also be installed on your system. If your operating system is Windows 8 or later, this program is already installed.

You can download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5 from the Microsoft website.

Office Runtime

Lastly, install the latest version of the Visual Studio 2010 Tool for Office runtime, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft website.
