The Business information form displays the general customer data, including address, group, line of business and contacts. You can add addresses and contacts, and you can change customer details, address details and contact details.

Retrieve the documents for this customer. |

This Change icon is found at the top right of the toolbar and elsewhere on the form. Use the icon on the toolbar to enable the Edit mode for the customer data. Click the other Change icons to change the data to the right of the icon, for example an address or contact details. |

Click this icon to add a message. You can add one or more actions to a message. |

Save the changed data. |

Click this icon to display the addresses of the selected customer on the map. If this icon is not shown for the customer addresses, the geographic location is not known yet. Open the general map from the toolbar at the top of the form to save all geographic locations in the database. The icon will now appear next to all customer addresses, unless an address could not be found, for instance because it contains an error. |
