In Isah, you can specify a general path that applies to all documents, including emails. You can specify this path in the Main documents folder field in the General Settings. If you also select the Subfolder per entity type check box, a separate folder is created for each entity type, for example 'Customers' or 'Parts'.
For each document type (such as Word or Excel), you can specify subfolders that will be added below the parent folder or subfolder when the documents are saved.
The Script field on the same form allows you to specify a script that determines the names of the files. You can also use the script to modify the path determined by the above settings.
