My actions

If you choose My actions from the start menu, the app shows a calendar with current actions linked to your name. The left-hand column only displays the years and months for which actions exist. Select a month to view the actions for that month.

Icons

CRM - Action

This shows the date and description of the action as they appear in Isah.

CRM - Message description

This shows the date, time and description of the message corresponding to the action.

CRM - Change

Click this icon to make any changes.

CRM - Finalize

Once you finalize an action by placing a check mark next to it, the action will be removed from the overview.

CRM - Business information

To the right of this icon is the name of the customer linked to the message. If customer details have been added to a message, you can retrieve these details by clicking the icon.
