Make contra entries for hours

Processed hours

If you detect an error on the Processed hours form, you can make a contra entry to correct the error.

 

Correct processed hours

Once you have made the contra entry, the original line and the contra entry will balance each other. It will then appear as if the incorrect line was never posted.
