New financial fields to the Suppliers form

The following options that are relevant to the payment of purchase invoices have been added to the Suppliers form:

• Chamber of Commerce (CoC) number
• Blocked for payments: Use this option to avoid payment of a supplier's invoice in Isah Finance.
