When a credit limit check is performed, the specified credit limit is compared to the total of a debtor's open items. The total sum originates from the accounting software and is displayed in the Sum of open items field on the Credit information form. If you are using Isah Finance, this field always shows the current sum of open items (if you are using different accounting software, the current sum is shown after you have imported the relevant data).
