This form contains a link to the Isah MFS Help and allows you to set your preferences for the app. These settings are specific for each user and device. For example, if you use the app both on a laptop and on a tablet, you need to configure the setting on both devices.
Tip: In addition to configuring user settings, you can also use the Isah Configuration Tool to configure global settings, which apply to all users of the app.

Click Isah Mobile Field Service Help to display the Isah MFS Web Help. You need an Internet connection to view the Help.
Data logging
The app logs all the actions performed and their status. By default, a minimum of information is logged. Isah Support may ask you to temporarily set a different level, in order to log more information about the behavior of the app. Use the Log file detail list box to select the level recommended by Isah Support.
To view the logged information, click Open folder containing log files. The log files will enable Isah Support to investigate the behavior of the app.
