Command

The Tasks tab displays the particulars of the task, including the start and end dates, the address details and the customer contact. This tab also shows:

All employees scheduled for the task.
A description of the work to be carried out in the Memo field (if it has been populated in Isah). Click Expand if the text is too long to fit in the default window.
The location where the task is to be performed. If it is an object address, this is indicated next to it; in all other cases it is the customer address.

Click this icon to plan a route to the task location.

Active hour line

If an hour line is already active for the task because you started the travel or work time for the task, the active hour line is displayed first on the Task tab. The icon indicates whether it is travel time or work time.

You can stop the work time, for example because you have finished the work, or because you want to stop for now and continue at a later time.

As soon as you click the Stop icon, the hour line will disappear from the Task tab and appear on the Registrations tab, in the Time registration section. It shows all closed hour lines for the selected task.

Active hour lines are also closed if you change the status of the task. For example, if there is an active hour line for travel time, the time will stop when you change the status to 'Work in progress'. If a work time line is active, the work time will stop if you change the status to 'Finalized'. Also lines closed due to a status change like this will be moved straight to the Registrations tab.
