The settings on this form apply to the terminal and are independent of the user who has logged in. You can change the settings only if you have logged in as an SFC user or as an Isah user with rights to program code 500130000 in Isah.
You can choose from two options:
The mode is changed automatically when you click the Change application mode button.
In the 'Attendance and absence registration only' mode, the terminal can only be used for clocking in and clocking out. In that case, there are no further time registration options.
If the terminal is set to 'Complete hour registration', the user can display, start and stop activities, register quantities, and perform other actions.
The Isah Configuration Tool uses filter settings to determine which operations are displayed on the terminals. The filter settings may include the maximum number of operations shown, whether current operations are displayed, or whether only operations that have a particular status are to be shown.
If in certain circumstances different settings apply, for example because different filters apply to the terminals in particular areas, separate filters for those circumstances can be defined in the configuration tool.
If such filter definitions exist, then they appear in the Operations filter list box. Choose the filter that applies to your situation.
Enter a value in seconds to set a timeout for the terminal. Once the number of seconds set here has elapsed without any action having taken place on the terminal, you will be returned to the users of the selected department.
If this value is 0, there is no timeout.

You can choose between a light and a dark color scheme.
Set the default language for the terminal. If a different language has been configured in a user's settings, and that user logs in, the language of that user will be used.
Note: The interface of SFC is only available in English, German and Dutch. The user's language is therefore only used in SFC if it is one of these three languages.
Specify the printer for printing work orders and PDF documents. You can use all locally configured Windows printers.
Select this check box if the terminal should be accessible for external logins. Deselect the check box to prevent external access to this terminal.
Note: This field is visible only if the External login allowed check box has been selected on the Settings form of the SFC configuration tool.
