You can use the Display tab to decide what information you would like to display on your screen and how this information is presented. For example, you can add or hide columns or change the order of the columns. In addition, you can sort and filter the data and perform other actions. You must first select an account from the My Company menu, followed by the entity you would like to view (for example, ‘Ledger’) and then open the Display menu.

A view with specific columns will be displayed, and you can save the personalized sequence for later use; the view is then copied to the gallery where you can manage views.
