Ledger by company/fiscal year (Central Data)

The Ledger by company/fiscal year form shows the companies and fiscal years in which a particular ledger account is used. You can view the screen under the Windows menu or by pressing CTRL+F5:

1. On the Ledger (General data) form, select a ledger account to see where it is used.
2. Click Windows > Ledger accounts by company/fiscal year or press Ctrl+F5.

Tip: To display information not shown in the overview, use the Column Chooser to add columns to the overview.

Example

The example below shows how to check where the ledger account '2000 Commitments' is used. Then a new column is added to the overview.
