Registering company details

Start by registering the company. Follow these steps:

1. Click the My Company tab and select 'Central data (no company)'.
2. Click Central Data in the Navigation pane.
3. Click Companies and add a new company.

When a fiscal year is created for this company, Isah Finance immediately copies some of the details that are registered centrally:

• All ledger accounts and day books are copied from the central data. You can then change the details of the ledger accounts and day books, including the descriptions and settings, specifically for this company/fiscal year. When you create a new fiscal year for a company/fiscal year, the details of the ledger accounts and day books are copied from the previous fiscal year.
• All debtors and creditors (customers and suppliers that have the 'Copy to accounting records' option enabled) are also copied from the central data, but their details are managed in the central data, and not in the company/fiscal year.
