Introduction

The Isah Mobile Field Service app is intended to help you digitally manage your service engineers and register materials usage, costs and time spent. The app gives service engineers insight into the tasks they have been scheduled for. The task details contain information about the work or failure, the relevant customer, contact and service message, and the objects involved. The app provides service engineers all the information they need to carry out the work, All information entered is also immediately available in Isah, allowing the office-based staff to quickly process the administrative and financial side of the work.

The details will still be available, even if a service engineer is temporarily without an Internet connection. As soon as the Internet connection is restored, Isah MFS synchronizes the details with the Isah database, so that both the engineer and the office-based staff have up-to-date information.
