Server address
To specify the database you want to use, enter the IP address of the server running the MFS web service and the port you are connecting to, separated by a colon. If you are using port 443, you do not need to specify a port number.

Logging in and out
The Isah MFS login user name and password are the same as for Isah.
After you have logged in to the app, you will continue to be logged in until you choose to log out. If you close the app without logging out, Isah MFS will remember your login details, and you will be logged in automatically the next time you start the app.
If you closed the app without logging out, you can also log in when you are not connected to the Internet. Isah MFS will then use the task details that were retrieved the last time you were connected to the Isah database. Once the connection is restored, your data will be synchronized when you refresh the form.
If you close the app by logging out, Isah MFS will not remember your login details. This means you can use the app again only when you have an Internet connection.
License
A license is required in order to use Mobile Field Service. A license is always limited to a set number of users. User names must be assigned to the license (program code 530000000). If your user name is assigned to the license, you can use the app, provided that you also have rights to the app content.
If more users are assigned to the license than the license terms permit, a message will appear on the form as soon as you log in to the app.
Tip: An expiry notice will be displayed ten days before the license expires, so you can renew the license before it actually expires and you will be able to use the app without interruption.
