To specify the database you want to use, enter the IP address of the server running the CRM web service and the port you are connecting to, separated by a colon. If you are using port 443, you do not need to specify a port number.

Logging in (automatically)
The login screen allows you to choose whether you want to stay logged in to Isah CRM. If the Stay logged in check box is selected, the application will automatically log in if it is used regularly. You do need to enter your login details if you start Isah CRM for the first time, if you have not used Isah CRM for a while, if the Stay logged in check box is deselected, or if you logged out last time you used the application. The login username and password are the same as for Isah.
License
A license is required in order to use Isah CRM. A license is always limited to a set number of users. User names must be assigned to the license (program code 520000000). If your user name is assigned to the license, you can use the app, provided that you also have rights to the app content.
If more users are assigned to the license than the license terms permit, a message will appear on the form as soon as you log in to the app.
Tip: An expiry notice will be displayed ten days before the license expires, so you can renew the license before it actually expires and you will be able to use the app without interruption.
