Starting the travel time or work time

In most cases, Isah MFS will start hour lines for your travel and work times automatically. This happens when you change the task status, for example from 'En route' to 'Work in progress'.

MFS: Hour line

To see whether an hour line is already tracking your task, check the task form. If the task has the Time Registration icon, an hour line is already active. The status icon shown above it indicates whether travel time or work time is being tracked.

To start an hour line for a task, select the task and click the button for the appropriate hour line:

MFS: En route

Click this button to start an hour line for travel time. If an hour line for travel time has already been started, the button is not available.

MFS: Work in progress

Click this button to start an hour line for work time. If an hour line for work time has already been started, the button is not available.

Note: Sometimes clicking these buttons will also advance the task status. If the task did not yet have the 'En route' status, and you click the travel time, Isah MFS will also immediately advance the status from 'Accepted' to 'En route'.
