Using parts during production: unplanned

From the current operation, go to the issue form.

Adding a line

Click this button to add the unplanned part. A list of parts will appear.

Available orders

This button indicates that you are only seeing parts that are in stock. Click the button to also display parts that are not in stock.

Filter off

This button indicates that you are seeing all parts, both parts in stock and parts not in stock. Click the button to display only parts that are in stock.

 

Once you have chosen a part, continue the steps below.

Note: This issue form only displays parts that are not backflush parts (the Issue as a part line check box is disabled in Isah). The reason for this is that it is not possible to register issues for backflush parts in SFC.

Issuing parts from one stock location

After you have selected a part on the Issue form, the details of the part are displayed.

 

Choose a stock line, purchase line, or production line. The quantity required is filled in automatically, but you can change this value.

 

Click Issue selected parts.

Issuing parts from multiple stock locations

You can issue parts from multiple stock lines at the same time:

 

Select a stock line.

 

Enter a quantity.

 

Repeat these steps until you have specified all parts to be issued.

 

Click Issue selected parts.

You can commit the issue only if all selected lines have a quantity greater than zero.

Tip: If you have selected the wrong line, select the line again to undo the selection.
