Each time a reminder is created for the open item, the number of reminders is incremented automatically. This makes it easy to see how many reminders have already been created.

Enter the date when the last reminder for the open item was created. You can change this date, if necessary.

If the customer has promised to pay the overdue invoice on a particular date, enter the promised payment date in this field.

If you have passed on the overdue invoice to a debt collection agency, select the Passed on check box. The invoice will not appear in the list of invoices that qualify for a reminder.
