1264 Document sent - General

This tab displays the details of the document sent and the email message created for it.

The Successful check box indicates whether the document was generated successfully and whether an email was created for it. It does not mean that the email was actually sent; if the Draft check box is selected, the email was saved as a draft. In that case, the email will be in the email application of the user who executed the Send documents process. This user must manually send the email to the intended recipients of the email and its attachments.

If the Successful check box is not selected, Isah encountered a problem. Open the Messages tab to see more information about the problem.
