Use this form to display all items that are outstanding on a particular date. You could use this feature, for example, to inform accountants or banks about invoices that are outstanding at the end of a period. Based on the reference date you specify and the journal details, the software will calculate which invoices have not been paid on that day. As usually a great many journal lines will have to be searched, this process may take some time.
When you add the 'Age analysis' column to the form, you will see how many days each invoice is overdue on the reference date.
