The Stock transactions form lists the stock transactions in a particular period. Use the selection fields to filter the data, in order to show only those details you are interested in.
Stock transactions are created when:
An opening stock is entered
Shipping notes are created
Receipts, issues, and shipping notes are processed
Manual corrections are made as a result of inventories and stock counts
The information registered for stock transactions includes:
The part of which the stock was changed
The nature of the change
The date of the change
The current stock
The stock valuation method used for the part at the time the stock transaction was committed
Whether it is an unplanned part issue to a production order, in which case the 'AC line' column will be activated.
Note: Changes to the part flow that do not affect the stock (for instance, in the case of a purchase to order) can be displayed on the Other part transactions form.
