You must have Administrator privileges to perform the actions as described in this document.
Anti-virus software: It is recommended that you temporarily disable your anti-virus software when removing/installing the new software.
By default, the Crystal Reports software will not be installed in the Isah installation process. If you are using custom Crystal Reports reports you have to indicate that the Crystal Reports link should be installed when you are installing Isah.
