Checking the Installed Components

To Check the Crystal Runtime Version

  1. To check whether the proper components have been installed, go to Add/Remove programs in Control Panel.
  2. Select Crystal Reports Runtime and then click the line Click here for support information. You can now check the version number.

To Check the Crystal Designer Version

  1. Open Crystal Designer.
  2. On the Help menu, choose About and check the version number.

Tip: After installing Isah on your system, you can also check at DLL level whether the correct components have been installed. In any Isah form, open the Help menu, choose About and then click Technical information....
