You only have to carry out the following steps when you are carrying out a new installation of the Isah License Server, or when you have received a new license file ('license_xml') from Isah.
To copy your license file to the correct directory
In case you have not yet restarted the computer, it must now be restarted.
Open the e-mail message containing the file 'license_xml'. This file will have been sent to you by Isah as an attachment to an e-mail message. The file 'license_xml' contains information about the licenses that have been purchased by your company.
Copy the file 'license_xml'.
Paste the 'license_xml' file to the directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Isah\Tools\Isah License Server (in case of a 64-bit OS) or C:\Program Files\Isah\Tools\Isah License Server (in case of a 32-bit OS) on your network server. When you did not modify the default settings of the installation process, this will be the directory where the Isah License Server was installed.
Note: Because of possible security issues concerning your mail server, the file names have intentionally been left incomplete. The period (.) has been replaced with an underscore (_).
If a license file is already present on your server, give the new file a name other than 'license.xml', for example 'license_new_xml'.
