POST: /MachineOperationService/timeregistrations/{timeRegLineNr}/produceditems

Parameters: A time registration line on which quantities need to be booked.

Content: decimal with the produced quantity in the InvariantCulture.

The result is a string with an error code or an empty string (which signifies success).
