In addition to the other programs, you need to install Isah Configuration. This application is necessary to manage user accounts, permissions and settings for Isah CRM.
Only the application manager will need to access the configuration application. You can install it on a regular Isah workstation.
Please note: To log on to the Isah Configuration tool, please enter the server and the correct port for Isah CRM, and valid login credentials. The user needs to have permission for the Isah program code 100010000 (Application Management).
