In addition to the other programs, you need to install Isah Configuration. This application is necessary to manage user accounts, permissions and settings for Isah Mobile Field Service. Only the application manager will need to access the configuration application. You can install it on one of the pc's that will be used for Isah MFS, but it can also be installed on a regular Isah workstation.
To install, double-click Isah.Configuration.msi and follow the instructions.
To be able to use Isah Configuration, the application manager needs permission for Isah program code 100010000, 'Application management'.
