Measures have been taken to make the passwords of the Isah software users stronger, in order to protect your company data even better.
Empty passwords are no longer allowed
From Isah 5.2, users are no longer allowed to have empty passwords. This means that:

The Central Data form now has a tab called Access, which allows you to specify the security requirements your employee passwords must meet. The minimum requirements are that passwords cannot be empty and must consist of at least six characters. You can choose whether the passwords should also contain an uppercase letter or a digit. These requirements apply to all Isah software, including all apps, such as Isah Mobile Field Service and Isah CRM.
Note: Users who at the time of the update to 5.2 or later have an empty password or a password that does not meet the specified requirements will still be able to use their original password. The new settings will not be enforced until they change their passwords.
