Use the filter row to select lines that meet one criterion (for example, lines that have the number '9' in a particular column). To have more control over the lines to be selected, use advanced filters. Advanced filters allow you to specify conditions such as: the amount must be less than 1000, the number of days must be equal to 10, the city/town must be New York or Chicago, etcetera.
To reuse the filter, save the form view to which the filter has been applied using the Save View option.
