In this version, you can add both a work email address and a home email address for employees. The email address previously found on the General tab has been moved to the Work data tab, and the General tab has a new Email (home) field.
The reason for moving the field was that the existing email address field on the General tab was already frequently used for work email addresses, and is used in functionality such as Supply Chain Integration. Currently the email address on the General tab is just informational.
