The way day books are processed has changed. The process has been split up into multiple steps in order to realize performance profits.
Journal entries are still created as soon as a day book page with lines is saved. The journal entries are not processed immediately, however, although the software does check on a regular basis whether there are any journal entries that need to be processed. This means it will take a little while before you will see the changes in the ledger, and in overviews such as the ledger overview and the overview of open items.
You can check the Application settings for any unprocessed journal entries. If a user has any unprocessed journal entries, a message will be displayed for that user on the status bar.
