Specify which hour code Isah should use to book work in progress.

This setting contains the hour codes from Isah. Hour codes define a type of activity, for instance 'Man hours', 'Production' or 'Travel'. Only hour codes you have selected here will be available for the Mobile Field Service app. If you want all hour codes to be visible in Isah MFS, leave this setting empty.

Specify your default working hours table here. The working hours table can be either for fixed hours or for variable hours. Isah MFS uses this table if no other table can be found when you add time registration lines.

If you do not specify a default table here and Isah MFS can't find a time table for the employee registering their hours, an error message will appear.

Search path

• When time registration lines are added automatically, for instance when an employee presses 'Start work' in Isah MFS, Isah MFS finds the employee's schedule and chooses the working hours table entered there.
• When time registration lines are added by hand or when registered lines are changed in Isah MFS, Isah MFS checks the date for the time registration line, finds the employee's schedule for that day and the working hours table that is entered there.

If there is no schedule found in these searches, Isah MFS chooses the default working hours table.

Specify to which value you want the registered hours to be rounded off. Employees register their hours in decimals and can fill in all values, such as '2.35 hours', but the value they enter will be rounded off in accordance with this setting.
