Installation

Intercompany is available from Isah as an add-on. An installer is used to install the add-on (The file is called Intercompany.exe.) You are recommended to have the installation and setup performed by a system administrator, application administrator or Isah consultant.

Note: The Intercompany forms are displayed in Isah only for users who have the appropriate rights.

During the installation of Intercompany, you are presented with three options. The first, Intercompany Core, is always selected. This Intercompany component converts purchase orders into sales orders: when you enter a purchase order in the database of the purchasing organization, Isah creates the corresponding sales order in the database of the selling organization.

During the installation, you can also choose to install the following components:

• Shipping/receipt extension: Select this option if you want the creation of a shipping note line in one database (the database of the selling organization) to automatically result in the creation of a receipt line in another database (the database of the purchasing organization).
• Sales invoice/purchase invoice extension: Select this option if you want the creation of a sales invoice in one database (the database of the selling organization) to automatically result in the creation of a purchase invoice in another database (the database of the purchasing organization).
