Summarize journal entries

Once you have assigned databases to the journal lines, you can summarize the journal entries, if required. The process for summarizing journal entries only processes journal entries that have a database code assigned to them.

1. In the Financial module, navigate to the Summarize journal entries form.
2. Enter the correct data and start the process.
