What is vendor rating?

The vendor rating functionality in Isah allows you to track the performance of individual suppliers in a log. The log is maintained using 'hard' order data, such as actual delivery time versus requested delivery time, and actual quantities delivered versus requested quantities. For each supplier, you can also keep track of general factors, including their organizational professionalism and their use of quality and safety certificates.

All of these criteria are assigned a weighting factor. You then specify for which period you want Isah to display the results, and Isah will process the relevant deliveries from the suppliers involved all at once. This process will generate a report that allows you to assess the performance of your suppliers.
