General settings
  1. Open the Employees module, navigate to the Employees form, and add a dummy employee to be used only for vendor rating purposes. The schedule of this employee determines whether the calculation is made based on working days or on whole weeks.
  2. For the employee, add schedule lines for the days for which the vendor rating must be calculated (working days or whole weeks).

    Remember that in order to calculate ratings based on data in the past, you also need to create schedule lines for the past. Also, the date on which that employee was hired cannot be later than the first date for which the vendor rating is calculated (for example, the start of the current year).

  3. Navigate to the Default values form in the General Settings module, open the Edit menu, and select Vendor rating, General settings.
