Use the main criterion and the scores obtained to classify the supplier, for example as an A supplier or a B supplier. This requires you to define the scores that can be obtained for the different criteria.
Calculation example
You are using a total of 100 points:
A supplier: 90 to 100 points
B supplier: 70 to 89 points
C supplier: 50 to 69 points
D supplier: 0 to 49 points
Isah determines the score of the different suppliers based on the number of points they obtain during the rating process. If you are using five criteria, the division could be as follows:
Delivery reliability in days: maximum score = 20
Complaints registration: maximum score = 20
Quality systems: maximum score = 20
Innovativeness: maximum score = 20
Price: maximum score = 20
If you want to include a weighting factor because some criteria are more important to you, you could classify the scores as follows:
Delivery reliability in days: maximum score = 40
Complaints registration: maximum score = 20
Quality systems: maximum score = 20
Innovativeness: maximum score = 10
Price: maximum score = 10
Defining the lower and upper limits
Click the Change scores button.
Define the lower and upper limits for the different qualifications. By default, the scoring form contains three lines. To use more lines, fill in the first three lines, and then save the data by clicking OK. When you now open the form again by clicking the Change scores button, you will see that additional lines have been added.
