Required data |
Default value in Isah |
The commodity flow |
For transactions with a EU country, two codes are available: - import (ICV): code 6 For import declarations, the integration module has code 6 as the default value; for export declarations, the default value is code 7. |
The nature of the transaction |
This is the nature of the agreement underlying the supply of the goods. IDEP offers the following options: 1. Purchase, sale or financial leasing (= default value in Isah) |
The mode of transport |
This is how the goods have entered the Netherlands (import) or left the Netherlands (export). If the mode of transport is unknown, specify the probable mode of transport. As from 1 January 2001, only a limited number of companies are required to report the mode of transport. CBS will inform the companies to which this applies. IDEP offers the following options: 1. Sea transport 'Sea transport' also includes transport by car/lorry where part of the journey is by ferry. This mode of transport should therefore not be coded as 'Road transport'. |
The statistical procedure |
The statistical procedure is a specification of the commodity flow. The codings of the statistical procedure enable the CBS to distinguish 'ordinary' imports and exports from special goods flows such as transit and temporary stock movement of stocks. The default value in Isah is '00: Regular import/ICV and export/ICL'. There are many possible values, which you can find at https://www.cbs.nl/en-gb. As from 1 January 2001, only a limited number of companies are required to report the statistical procedure. CBS will inform the companies to which this applies. |
If the default value is incorrect
The integration module uses the default values as described above. If in a particular situation you want to deviate from the default value, you can manually make this change in the export file. You can also have a custom modification made to the integration module to set a different default value for your business. Please contact Isah to discuss the possibilities.
