Intrastat client number

This is the number by which your company is known to the NBB for Intrastat purposes.

Export weight based on alternative field, Import weight based on alternative field

Select these check boxes if you do not want to configure a default weight setting in the Parts module, for example because you are using dummy parts to represent different parts on purchase or sales orders. If the Export weight based on alternative field check box is selected, Isah will retrieve the weight of the shipped part from the Customer part number field on the Sales lines (Specification tab). If the Import weight based on alternative field check box is selected, Isah will retrieve the weight of the imported part from the Supplier part number field on the Purchase lines (Specification tab).

Export declaration, Import declaration

Specify whether you are required to submit export or import declarations. If you are required to submit declarations, specify whether you need to submit a standard declaration or an extended declaration. It is possible that you are required to submit only import declarations or export declarations.

Mode of transport

Set the mode of transport for all declarations. The mode of transport is required only if you are submitting an extended declaration.

Incoterm

To report the delivery terms, use the Incoterm field. The NBB uses fixed codes for the different types of delivery terms, and these codes are available in Isah. The incoterm is required only if you are submitting an extended declaration.

Export path

Specify the location where Isah is to save the XML file that is generated for the declaration.

File name prefix

The file name of the declaration always ends with the month and the year in which it was created. In the File name prefix field, enter the prefix, for example 'IntrastatNBB'.

Excluded statistical numbers

Enter the commodity codes you want to exclude from the declaration, separated by semicolons. A maximum of 28 commodity codes can be excluded.
