0001 Customers - Communication

Use the Communication tab to define how external documents are to be sent to a customer. Define the following:

• The report to be sent
• The delivery method , which determines how the document is to be sent and to whom, for example as an attachment to an email that is sent to the purchase employee, with copies (CC) to a number of contacts.

Use to specify that the default values are to be used for the report and the delivery method.
